In this room, we operate as a united team of eight, making decisions that impact every stakeholder in our district. We must maintain a 10,000-foot perspective to make bold decisions that will have a lasting impact. Serving on the board is more than a role; it’s a deep investment in our community’s future. It’s not about what one person can do—it’s about what we, as a collective of community representatives, can achieve together to drive progress.

Meeting the diverse needs of all students is challenging, but it must always remain our central focus. Some of the most important work we do happens between meetings, where we build relationships and strengthen connections. Every decision we make is for the betterment of our state’s most valuable resource: our children.
